Less chasing. Member listings that move your destination forward.
Your members know their offering. ISOD Enrichissement is designed to turn their natural language updates into structured information, ready for your team to validate and for transfer into your existing systems. Simplifying updates today is also how your organization prepares to evolve its use of AI tomorrow with information that is structured, validated, and reusable.
Pilot scope and integration arrangements are to be defined with your organization.

Your team should not have to chase every update
Opening hours change. A new activity launches. A season begins. For your members, these are straightforward updates. For your team, they can become a chain of reminders, corrections and checks.
ISOD Enrichissement addresses this friction: make contributing easier for members and better prepare information for the people responsible for its quality.
A project to make member contributions easier, improve tourism data quality and measure the benefits in your region.

They describe their business, services or update in their own words.
The intended workflow identifies missing details and prepares useful fields and content. Information that has not been provided stays unconfirmed, not invented.
Your team validates according to agreed rules. Sensitive or strategic information remains under human oversight.
Transfer arrangements for your platform, member portal or tourism information system are defined during the pilot, subject to available interfaces and permissions.
Better data at the source, more value across the network
Tourism information quality starts with the business that knows it best. Making contributions easier helps prepare what subsequently flows between organizations and their distribution tools.
In a SIT Québec/Tourinsoft context, ISOD Enrichissement is designed to work upstream: helping collect and structure information while respecting your organization's validation responsibilities.
Your system retains its role. Your team retains control.
Enrichment can be an independent first project. It does not require an SEO audit or a website redesign.

A collaborative pilot, with outcomes to document
Organizations may share a need without having identical processes. A collaborative approach can explore a common foundation while accounting for each region's particular requirements.
The proposed pilot aims to define the need, test a limited scope and document learning before extending deployment.
Define listing categories, participating members, validation rules and integration conditions.
Measure listing quality and follow-up effort before the trial.
Track completeness, freshness, member participation and time spent on reminders and validation.
Document results, limitations and the conditions for extending the approach to other members or regions.

Before you take the next step
Primarily regional tourism associations and tourism networks responsible for maintaining member information. Sector associations and territorial organizations can also explore a pilot according to their needs and environment.
No. It is designed as an upstream contribution, structuring and review-preparation layer. Interfaces and permissions must be defined with the relevant parties.
No. Member listing enrichment can be considered as an independent first project, without an SEO audit.
No. An initial conversation can start with one organization's need. The value of a collaborative approach and participants' roles are defined during scoping.
Support opportunities may be explored according to the lead organization, the work involved and the rules of the selected program. Scoping helps prepare the information required for assessment; it does not confirm eligibility or an award.
Listing completeness, information freshness, member participation and time spent on follow-up and validation. Indicators and targets will be defined from your organization's baseline.
Starting from your needs, we propose to scope the listings involved, validation responsibilities and indicators to track. This initial step helps define the project, its delivery conditions and potential support opportunities to assess.
In Quebec, the Ministry of Tourism relies on SIT Québec, a system that gathers and distributes regional tourism information. The reference operating tool is espacepro by Tourinsoft, which serves as the portal ATRs use to feed and validate their listings. Regional websites and Bonjour Québec then distribute that content to the public, and open datasets are published as well. ATRs remain the data owners for their own territory — which is precisely the operational friction that motivates contribution layers such as ISOD Enrichissement.
Three causes repeat. First, manual updating: someone has to remember to change it, so the listing stays accurate until it stops being accurate. Second, no named owner: when no name is attached to a listing, nobody feels accountable for its freshness. Third, no periodic validation: even a well-filled listing drifts, because hours, contact details and offerings change continuously. The most useful data is therefore not the data entered once, but the data that goes back to its author as a question.
Structure the project to explore funding opportunities
A digital transformation project is supported by the problem it addresses and the outcomes it can demonstrate, not by its technology alone.
Pilot scoping aims to assemble information useful to potential funding partners: a documented field need, an identified lead organization, measurable objectives, a delivery plan and a way to share learning.
Depending on the program considered, the application will also need to specify costs, participant contributions, timing and eligibility conditions.
Support opportunities are assessed case by case. No funding, assistance rate or eligibility status is assumed.
What if your next digital project started with better data?
Start with your reality: the listings to maintain, the effort members must make and the time spent on follow-up. Together, let's shape a concrete, measurable pilot adapted to your ecosystem.
