By browsing moiria.com you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. This website is operated by 9391-9207 Québec inc., which trades under the Moiria Consortium name, and lets you contact us. Its content is general information; it is not legal, financial or professional advice, and using it does not create any client or partner relationship. These terms apply to the whole website and its content; they do not replace any signed commercial agreement, which prevails over them where both apply.
Intellectual property
Texts, visuals, logos, structure and code of this site belong to the Moiria Consortium or are used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links freely. Any other reproduction or reuse requires our written consent.

Some pages link to websites we do not control. We provide these links for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Following an external link does not mean we endorse that site.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or uninterrupted — except as provided by the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Québec have jurisdiction — no arbitration clause or forum-selection clause in these terms waives that jurisdiction. This document is published in English and French; the French version is available on terms no less favourable than the English one, and both versions are equally authentic.
Changes to these terms
The Moiria Consortium may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, whose date appears at the top; previous versions are available on request. A material change does not apply retroactively to a use that happened before it took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
